service fell short
stained bedding dirty cup
the room was spacious and well kept.
The bedding was stained. It was really disappointing. a cup was also dirty, and we found no shower gel in the bathroom. the receptionist seemed uninterested when i informed her during checkout.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and super clean. I liked the bolster pillows that I used under the standard pillows.
The wifi was not reliable, it was very intermittent. The kettle didn't fit in the basin to fill. There was nowhere but the floor to put it to fill it with glasses of water. This was an accessible room so perhaps standard bathrooms have something in the way of shelving.
